National Park Military Training Program
CPI engages their participants in skill building and preservation of our nation's cultural treasures while encouraging them to adopt to a commitment to giving back through community service. During their Field School experience, CPI participants serve as mentors for local youth through the Park Stewardship Summer Youth Program coordinated with LINC (Linking Individuals to their Natural Communities) and also through frequent informal interactions with young Park visitors to Field School project sites.
