"Through the CPI Foundation, I had the opportunity to work with Mohr Plumbing and Heating in Morris, Minnesota, for several months. The great thing about service plumbing is that you encounter something new every day. Each situation is unique, and you discover new ways to tackle problems. The job takes us to various houses and businesses, and it has also allowed me to improve my small-town social skills. I am grateful to be training under master and journeyman plumbers and alongside other apprentices who are supportive of my success. I am fortunate to have this opportunity to transition to civilian life."
