Our team combines field knowledge, professional expertise, and strategic insight with our vast industry network to support our mission and every stage of the participant journey. Individual staff have deep expertise in workforce development, construction, national park stewardship, and military life. All are committed to direct engagement with our military participants, lending their expertise and insight during the entire training journey.

From student work at Pointe du Hoc - the D-Day landing site at Normandy Beach, France, in 2008-9, to student training at Alcatraz Island beginning in 2010 that evolved into military veteran training in 2012, to an invitation from DOD in 2016 to become one of the first approved SkillBridge programs and our expansion to the Pearl Harbor National Memorial, to adding our Company Internship program in 2021, to elevating our National Park Service partnership to include a Special Use Permit for headquarters, classroom, and training workshop in 2023, to being honored as one of the Top 25 Newsmakers by Engineering News Record, CPI has been advancing for maximum impact for over 15 years.
